HealthPeak is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information

3.2 Manual Approval

During our beta phase, new account requests require manual approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any account request at our discretion. Approval typically occurs within 24 hours.

4. Acceptable Use

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Use HealthPeak to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition
• Rely on HealthPeak as a substitute for professional medical advice
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or databases
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Platform without permission
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on HealthPeak, including AI-generated responses, the multi-agent architecture, branding, and design, is owned by HealthPeak or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5.2 Research Papers

The research papers referenced on HealthPeak are publicly available open-access publications. Original authors retain copyright to their work. HealthPeak curates, organizes, and translates this research but does not claim ownership of the source papers.

5.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of questions and data you input into HealthPeak. By using the Platform, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services, including training and refining our AI models.
